In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day cooling off period and a 30 day return policy (from date of purchase). The return of any goods puchased through the website will have to be sent back in original unspoilt packaging and sealed securley for reposting. Goods can not be received back damaged or tampered with in any way. A photo of the goods received will also be required before any return is made or refund is granted. Special orders for bespoke sizes and creasing will not be available for the above return policy. Most bespoke sizes are unique to the customer and therefore can't be resold. We advise talking to us using the available chanels before trying to arrange a return of this nature. In some cases, a handling charge of 25% will be applied to returns. This might include if a product has been ordered incorrectly (like the wrong size, weight or colour). We have to repack and stock every returned item so have to offset some of this cost. For that reason we ask all of our customers to be certain of the purchases they make. If we have dispatched goods incorrectly, or they are received damaged, we will need to be notified within 15 days and will organise a collection and replacement through our courier company. Our courier collection service for general returns within the cooling off period will only be available within the first 7 days of purchase. After that, customers will be resonsible for organising postage and have to absorb the cost.
